Avoid I purchased a set for my wife in the size she always has from Honey B when it came it was obvious that it was miles too small so my wife never even tried on. I returned the set only to be told no refund as there was a dirty mark on it and the knickers ( which had never been out of the bag ) were damaged. It’s like pulling teeth trying to talk to them and now over £200 out of pocket with items damaged and won’t fit.

I'm not interested in a company that thinks it's core customer base is no longer important. I think a pair of panties and a man's shirt will be more sexy to my man NOW because wearing ANY lingerie may be traumatic to the men having to see their girlfriends and wives in it and have flashbacks of dudes wearing it. I won't be spending my money in woke companies anymore. Let others spend their hard earned FOOD money doing so. Learn the hard way that these companies care ONLY for their own wealth, not yours.

Never will I EVER buy lingerie from a company that insults women by having a man model lingerie. Made by women for women eh? Or made for men who decide they are going to dress up as a woman.

HB are the latest company to disrespect their paying customers by blocking them on social media and accusing them of being phobic and of hate speech for simply stating truth, facts and personal experience.

They prefer lies and delusions and dare you not go along with the absurdity of today, they disregard you and block you even when you've spent more than most people earn in a year with them.

I never once said a single word that was negative towards the man they posted in their lingerie, I never said a single word that was negative towards HB and I never even acknowledged the photo.

I simply responded to a few of their followers who had commented with my own personal experiences and some of the insane things that were happening in my country such as putting fully intact biological males convicted of rape into female prisons and myself being called a person with a cervix rather than a woman at my last smear.

I also said that while I think trans people are entitled to the same human rights as the rest of us, I didn't believe their rights should come at the cost of womens rights which is whats happening in some countries including mine.

So I woke the next morning to discover I had been blocked from their social media.

If more and more people are going to come out as trans then maybe they need their own private spaces, safe spaces and categories.

I'm not saying trans people are all potential rapists, I'm saying that crimes of that nature are usually crimes of opportunity and while you give opportunistic rapists free passes into women and children's private and safe spaces - what could possibly go wrong?

Judging a person by the content of their character is not enough for woke people or businesses.

We must think exactly like them or else we are silenced, accused of hateful things and demonised in society.

I am entitled to speak freely on a public platform.

There is a different between hate speech and free speech.

Stating truth, facts and personal experience isn't hate speech.

These people need a proper understanding of what hate really is.

Its an insult to those who have suffered horrific attacks because of the colour of their skin or their sexuality.

LASTLY....Body dysmorphia is a literal mental health condition.

Gender dysphoria is the worst possible case of body dysmorphia.

Yet its being celebrated and encouraged as if its normal.

Its not normal and again, that doesn't make me hateful or phobic - I am stating facts.

No matter a businesses views, potentially half of their customers will disagree especially over something so controversial so if they've any sense, they will learn to remain unbiased and professional OR switch the comments off on these posts.

They will never get another penny off of me.

Well, here we go again, another company that has men robbing women of opportunity! Since the beginning of time men have been victimizing women. Now they are taking over the job of modeling lingerie!! It's gross, disgusting and inexcusable.

Terrible customer service. Delivery service they use is dreadful, attempting to return an item is beyond awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The customer service sucks. I signed up to get the $20 off orders and the terms and there was no where in the email or on the sign up that sales items were excluded or that the order had to be over $150 so i didn't get the discount off my order. On top of that in order to get free shipping you have to spend over $200 I reached out expressing my disappointment and suggesting that that information is added to prevent future customers the same disappointment i experienced. This was around the time they were having a pretty big sale so they said in the automatic response it might be a little bit before i get an actual response. I've checked once a week throughout January and bi-weekly in February for a response. I just double checked to makw sure i didn't miss a response and i didn't. 3 whole months and they never bothered to respond. As beautiful and as good quality as the items are, it's not worth your money. I have no desire to shop here again nor would recommend to anyone.

Bombarded with emails. Tried to unsubscribe many times but just says error. Emailed customer service about it and have just been completely ignored. The emails haven't stopped.

I used to like honey birdette so much until recently discovering what a bad costumerservice and pushing a problem away from them.
I brought my favorite white dress to mexico and due to sweating a lot the pink color stained my white dress. I asked for a compensation sended photos of both the bra and the stained dress.. they blamed me for wearing oils or wash it wrong and didnt wanna compensate the dress.. i didnt wash it one single time and i didnt wear oils cuz it would stain the bra and the dress plus me swea4ing wearing oils would just be hotter.. i said but you ruined my dress? She said sorry you feel that way. But its the truth thats what happend.. ??? She offered me 20% of my next purchage with them i basically said forget your 20% ill go in here and let people know that your bra stains the clothes cuz you dont dare to tell them and dont wanna be helt accounderble for it. Disgusting people working for money not for peoples joy. Very bad costumer service as anyone else thinks that have tried to text them. I agree that those people working for costumer service are embarrassing greedy people doing a bad job for a cool status. Those are the people who sold their soul to be someone that they are absolutely not. Rotten on the inside trying to look good on the outside

I have been receiving commercial emails from them for a while now. I unsubscribed from their list with the link provided, and I still keep receiving them, even though it's been a couple of months. On top of that, when I click on the unsubscribe link now, it takes me to a webpage that indicates I'm no longer in their list. This is basically them spamming me with unwanted ads.

I am completely obsessed with the items I ordered from HB. I was pretty worried after reading lowsy reviews but there was nothing to worry about. I am 190 pounds, 5,5" 38DD. I ordered based on the size charts and received 3 STUNNING body suits in a variety of styles. Every single one made with sexy quality materials. One suit was very thin due to the style and I was scared it wouldn't support my chest. It has held up through multiple wears and looks so amazing on my body. If you're hesitant to try them I say go for it. Pricing is high but their sales are so frequent.

Like most of their other reviews I had a horrible experience with a return. Their automated system said I could return and item and get money back on my card but when it finally arrived it was credit. When I went to the chat box to ask why the woman belittled me and was extremely rude. I work in customer service and have never treated someone like that. Apparently because it was on sale when I bought it they can only do store credit. Which I understand but they need to understand that their system is saying you can get money back for it and they completely ignored me. I’m giving the credit to someone else to get money for it. Never buying from here again, better off going with Lounge, thistle and spire, or empress Mimi.

They are great goods BUT I am at the stage of having to tAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST them as they refuse to pay me £405 for my returned goods, despite my repeated communication with them. Are they going bust?? DONT ORDER is my advice. Terrible service. I cant afford to lose this money!!
